The Welcome Porch

(Initial Consultation)

This is where the doors to Kreativ Haus open just for you. Our initial consultation is a relaxed, one-hour conversation designed to get to know each other and explore your event vision. Whether you have every detail mapped out or are just getting started, we’ll help guide you through your style, taste, budget, and goals—so you leave with clarity, confidence, and a solid foundation to build your dream event.

The Living Room Plan

(Day-of Coordination)

You’ve put your heart into every detail—now it’s time to relax and enjoy the day you’ve dreamed of. The Living Room Plan is made for couples who’ve planned it all, but want a trusted team to bring their vision to life seamlessly on the big day.

Your dedicated day-of coordinator steps in to ensure everything flows effortlessly, so you can be fully present, stress-free, and completely in the moment.

What's included:

  • Initial consultation to align on your vision and expectations

  • Venue walkthrough to plan every detail

  • 8 hours of day-of event management from our expert planning team

  • Lead coordinator + assistant on site

  • Creation and distribution of a comprehensive event timeline

  • Coordination and confirmation of all vendor details, arrival times, and logistics

  • On-site handling of final touches, such as:

    • Programs

    • Reserved signs

    • Menu/place cards

    • Gift table

    • Guest book setup

The Full Haus Experience

(Full Event Planning)

This package is for couples who want expert guidance and creative collaboration every step of the way. With The Full Haus Experience, we help design, refine, and execute your dream event from concept to completion—so you can enjoy the process and truly savor your big day.

What's included:

  • Initial consultation and comprehensive planning session with our in-house design team

  • In-depth discussion of your vision, style, and aesthetic preferences

  • Accompaniment to up to 2 tastings and 3 venue/site visits

  • Full design support for all visual and experiential aspects of the event

  • 8 hours of day-of event management

  • A dedicated team, including your lead coordinator and 1–2 assistants (staffing based on guest count)

  • Creation and distribution of a detailed event timeline

  • Vendor management, including:

    • Confirmation of arrival/delivery times

    • Final logistics coordination

    • Day-of payment distribution

  • Styling and placement of your personal touches, including:

    • Ceremony programs

    • Reserved signs

    • Menu and place cards

    • Gift table and guest book setup

  • On-site guest seating assistance for ceremony and reception

  • Full access to our Wedding Day Emergency Kit

The PENTHAUS Treatment

(Above & Beyond Planning)

This is the ultimate Kreativ Haus experience designed for couples who want it all, with none of the stress. The Penthaus Treatment includes everything from our Day-of and Full Haus Planning packages, plus enhanced, white-glove service at every stage of your journey. From guest logistics to stationery support to post-wedding thank yous—we handle it all, so you don’t have to.

What's included:

  • All services from the Living Room Plan (Day-of Coordination)

  • All services from the Full Haus Experience (Full-Service Planning)

  • Assistance in creating and managing your wedding website

  • Personal accompaniment to all fittings, tastings, and venue/site visits

  • Hands-on support with creation of ceremony & reception elements:

    • Invitations

    • Programs

    • Menus

    • Signage and other printed materials

  • Coordination of guest transportation and travel logistics

  • Assistance in booking and negotiating hotel accommodations for guests

  • Support in managing RSVPs and guest list organization
